TiltHole — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

TiltHole is a single-player mobile game developed by Cemre Öncel. This policy explains what data the game does and does not process.

In short

TiltHole never asks you for personal information. There is no account to create, and the game collects no name, e-mail address, phone number or location. The game's own code sends nothing to the internet. The only component that connects to the internet is Google AdMob, which serves the ads.

Information stored on your device

The game stores only two things, and only in your device's own storage:

This information never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server and cannot be seen by anyone, including the developer. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Advertising

TiltHole uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) to show rewarded video ads. Ads are optional: one is shown only when you choose to watch it in exchange for continuing your run.

To serve those ads, Google may process certain information about your device, typically including:

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; the developer has no access to it in raw form. Details:

Limiting ad tracking

On iOS the game asks you directly. On first launch a system prompt asks for permission to track, so that ads can be chosen to match your interests. You do not have to allow it: if you decline, the game works exactly the same and the ads you see are simply less specific. You can change your answer later under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; if the master switch on that screen is off, no app can ask at all.

You can also limit personalised advertising in your device settings:

Children

TiltHole is not primarily directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Analytics and third parties

The game contains no analytics, crash reporting or social media tracking tools. No third-party service other than Google AdMob is used.

Your rights

Because the game keeps no data about you on any server, there is no record for you to request deletion of. You can erase the settings and best score stored on your device by uninstalling the app. For advertising-related data, use Google's tools described in the links above.

Changes

This policy may be updated when a new feature is added to the game (for example an online leaderboard). Updates are published on this page and the date above is changed.
